(Community, Resilience, Empowerment, Well-being) is a dynamic afterschool program dedicated to supporting youth mental health by providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for young individuals to thrive. Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and engaging activities, we help youth build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of community.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Passion for working with youth and promoting mental health awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree (or working toward) in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in youth programs, mentoring, counseling, or mental health services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate youth.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, positive youth development, and cultural competency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
