GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for treasury management, commercial services, and merchant card operations. Assists with the development and selection of treasury management products and services.  Assists branch personnel in new client marketing 
 
COMPENSATION: 
Yearly $60,000 - $75,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Manages merchant portfolio, merchant set-ups, and merchant application pricing. Coordinates with 2nd party merchant service provider.  Oversees growth and success.
  2. Markets and coordinates treasury management products as defined by Officer and Executive Management.
  3. Assists with the research, development, and implementation of treasury management products and services.
  4. Assists commercial loan officers with new client prospects.
  5. Travels between branches and to meet customers.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  7. Regular and reliable attendance.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products, merchant services processes and services.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of management policies and procedures.
  • Skills in strong customer relations.
  • Skill in operating computer terminal.
  • Skill in decision-making and problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with previous banking experience.
  • Five to eight years of bank experience related to commercial relationships and management.

  • Benefits for employees working at least 35 hours per week include 8 paid holidays; 17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment (employees must complete 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO); 16 hours of paid sick time upon hire date; health, dental, prescription drug card, vision, and voluntary life insurance plans; health savings account with employer contributions; flexible medical and dependent care spending plans; 401K plan after 3 months and start of next quarter with employer contributions and profit sharing; $50,000 group term life insurance; long term disability insurance and employee assistance program.  If working less than 35 hours per week, above benefits are modified.
