  • Devise and implement tailored service plans that align with clients' goals, objectives, and aspirations.
  • Advocate fiercely for clients' rights and facilitate access to necessary resources, ensuring their voices are heard in social justice matters.
  • Contribute actively to the development, evaluation, and reporting on community programs, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, to enhance the breadth and impact of our services.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development, actively participating in team meetings and community outreach efforts.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing socioeconomic challenges, mental health issues, trauma, and related adversities. We prioritize inclusivity and culturally competent care, recognizing the unique needs of marginalized groups. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients, providing them with the tools necessary to achieve positive life changes and secure resources that can enhance their circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical practices.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position, as it demonstrates your professional preparedness.
  • Knowledge of social justice, advocacy efforts, trauma-informed care principles, and community resource utilization will be beneficial in this role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to express empathy toward clients are essential for building rapport and trust.
  • Effective organizational abilities are necessary to manage caseloads efficiently and adhere to programmatic deadlines.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a nonprofit organization or community health setting is advantageous, providing insight into the social service landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability in program development or community engagement activities will enhance your contributions to Supportive Living Solutions.
  • A strong background in trauma-informed practices is preferred to support clients effectively.
