  • Review pricing across the product portfolio to drive profitability, competitiveness, and margin discipline.
  • Identify and develop strategic vendor and supplier partnerships to support efficient execution of product development opportunities.
  • Partner with Category Managers at Land 'N' Sea to identify joint opportunities and position Sea Choice as the preferred brand within the LNS catalog.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insight from end users, rep agencies, and sales channels to inform product and market decisions.
  • Support the company's participation in trade shows, customer events, and other industry activities as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including managing products from conception through end of life
  • Marine and/or RV industry experience strongly preferred, with general technical knowledge of parts and accessories
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth, both directly and through collaboration and influence
  • Strong commercial acumen with a fundamental understanding of pricing, margins, costs, inventory, and financial statements
  • Ability to identify consumer, customer, and industry trends and translate them into product strategies that capture market opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate product benefits for audiences of all skill levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AS400 a plus
