Missionforce is Salesforce's dedicated business unit revolutionizing U.S. national security operations across defense, intelligence, and aerospace agencies with AI-powered workflows.
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Operations to join our Missionforce team, based in D.C.. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding the capacity and capabilities of our partner ecosystem supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Aerospace & Allied Nations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates all business activities related to expanding partners' cleared delivery capacity, while establishing effective relationships with strategic partners to provide them predictability, product enablement, and feedback.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders - including sales, delivery management, legal, product enablement, and distribution - to drive alignment and growth.
  • Manages rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives in support of strategic planning.
  • Develops and presents status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive steering committees.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence leaders without formal authority.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior consulting experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model and complex business-to-business (B2B) sales processes.
  • Background in defense or aerospace industries.
This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
