High-Growth Real Estate Team | Northern Virginia

We are looking for a high-level Director of Operations to help lead and scale a fast-growing real estate organization focused on sales, recruiting, client experience, and operational excellence.


This is not an assistant role.


This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves accountability, solves problems quickly, and knows how to keep a business moving at a high level every single day.


We are building aggressively and need someone who can bring structure, follow-through, and operational leadership to the organization.

Team Operations

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruiting systems and onboarding processes
  • Help ensure new agents integrate successfully
  • Assist with operational support for recruiting initiatives

Client & Transaction Oversight
