Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing has partnered with a growing professional services organization seeking a Controller / Head of Finance & Operations to oversee daytoday financial leadership and operational execution.
This role is ideal for a handson finance leader who enjoys working closely with ownership/partners and managing the full backoffice function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle accounting: GL, close, financial statements, cash flow, and reporting
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision support
  • Oversee operational functions tied to finance (AP, AR, payroll, vendors, contracts)
  • Act as primary financial partner to leadership on strategy and business performance
  • Improve processes, controls, and scalability in a servicebased environment

Ideal Background
