This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in a professional office environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting our legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks. No legal experience is required, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible performing business support services as below:
  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls/incoming cold calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
