Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living. As a valued member of leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility, while promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director at Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all buildings, systems, and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.

  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

  • Staying up-to-date with local and state regulations, as well as industry best practices, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Painting and general repair experience is a plus

  • Preferred experience in maintenance or facilities management, but we will train the right motivated candidate
