What You'll Do
  • Lead UKG Learning administration, governance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver operational excellence by administering programs such as Ethics & Compliance, Gibraltar Leadership Program, Leader Labs, and future leadership initiatives.
  • Manage learning vendors, assessments, and external content providers.
  • Measure learning effectiveness using dashboards, analytics, and ROI metrics.
  • Research AI-enabled learning, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee learning experience.
What Success Looks Like
  • Establish trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders.
  • Improve learner experience and adoption of UKG Learning.
  • Deliver successful enterprise leadership and compliance programs.
  • Implement meaningful learning dashboards and success metrics.

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (UKG Learning preferred).
  • Strong project management, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or multi-business enterprise experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Vendor management and learning technology implementation.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid
  • Ability to travel 15-20%
Compensation Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $92,925 - $113,575 annually, depending on experience, location and qualifications.
