By combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, we enable our clients to make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively in dynamic markets.
The Learning & Development Manager shapes how talent grows at OneMagnify by connecting skill development, performance, and career progression in a way that drives real business outcomes. You won't just deliver training. You'll define how capability is built across the organization, from foundational skills to leadership readiness. The impact shows up in stronger performance, clearer career paths, and a workforce that's ready for what's next.
The Impact You'll Have
This role directly influences how we develop the capabilities that power our business. You'll design learning strategies that help teams improve how they deliver for clients, whether that's strengthening digital execution, advancing analytics fluency, or building leadership capability to support growth and retention. By aligning learning initiatives with business goals, this role plays a critical part in driving performance and enabling the company to adapt and compete in a changing environment.
What You'll Do:
Build a Learning Strategy That Drives Performance
  • Translate business priorities into focused learning initiatives that improve capability and execution
  • Identify skill gaps using performance data, engagement insights, and stakeholder input
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to align learning with real business needs

Design and Deliver High-Impact Programs
  • Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development experiences that stick
  • Blend internal expertise with external partners to bring the right capabilities to the organization
  • Manage learning systems and maintain accurate training data and reporting
  • Track program effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes

Define Career Pathing and Capability Growth
  • Build and evolve career paths that clarify progression across roles and disciplines
  • Embed the competency model into development frameworks, role expectations, and growth plans
  • Equip managers with tools and guidance to lead effective career and development conversations

Strengthen Performance and Development Alignment
  • Partner with HR and leadership to refine performance frameworks and rating approaches
  • Support calibration processes to improve consistency and clarity across teams
  • Shift performance conversations toward growth, development, and measurable outcomes

What You'll Need:
  • Comfort leading change initiatives that reshape how teams operate, collaborate, and deliver value
  • Familiarity with skills-based organizations, competency frameworks, or dynamic career pathing models
  • Strong understanding of how agency teams operate and how capability gaps show up in client work
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting development programs that improve client outcomes (e.g., campaign execution, digital delivery, CRM programs, analytics maturity)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent management
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS); familiarity with Workday is a plus

Future-Ready Skills:
  • Experience incorporating AI into learning design (e.g., AI-generated content, adaptive learning, personalized learning paths)
  • Experience building scalable, digital-first learning programs in a services-based or agency environment
  • Exposure to upskilling teams in emerging areas like AI, data, and digital marketing capabilities
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
