We are looking for a Senior Manager of Applications to lead, transform, and innovate across our customer’s enterprise application ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), UKG, Fleet Management, and other critical business platforms.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance. The Senior Manager of Applications will be responsible for building strong partnerships, leading the application team, and driving modernization efforts that align technology capabilities with company goals.

The ideal candidate is a business-focused technology leader who enjoys solving complex problems, developing high-performing teams, and leveraging technology, automation, and innovation to transform business operations.

A Day in the Life:

As the Senior Manager of Applications, you will spend your time collaborating with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver innovative solutions across our ERP ecosystem. You will engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and create actionable plans that drive operational improvements. You will lead and mentor application teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and large-scale transformation projects. • Lead and develop the application team responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CE, UKG, Fleet Management, and related business applications.
