Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes. Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety. Executes and/or organizes relevant testings. Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes. Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements. Responsibilities: • Change Request Management (generating CRs, advising on CR creation, coordinating CR implementation and testing) • Incident Management (clarifying and forwarding requests, documenting solutions, creating FAQs) • Follow-up on system failures • User Account Management (setting up/further developing a user management process, user/role controlling, documentation) • Planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the interfaces of CSML IT processes (including service providers) • Participation in IT projects/initiatives (especially in the SAP area) Competencies: 1. Methodological competence • Extensive knowledge of IT technologies/applications and processes for analysis, Design, implement, and optimize • Project management and coordination: methodically lead/coordinate projects • Consulting expertise in change processes • Structured, systematic, goal-oriented, and independent work 2.
