Nuovo Artistic Studios is the premier destination for all things self-love. A by-women company and one of the largest artistic photography companies in North America, Nuovo is on a mission to empower individuals by fostering confidence and self-expression while celebrating intimacy and individuality.

We're looking for an IT Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student who is eager to launch their career in IT and gain hands-on experience in a modern, fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside our IT team, supporting our head office, remote employees and retail studios while learning the fundamentals of in-house IT operations. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator.  

This Internship will take place from August 31st to December 18th, 2026

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Level 1 IT Support by assisting with hardware, software and user account issues across office, remote and retail environments 
  • Shadow our IT Support Technician before independently managing support tickets 
  • Create and maintain clear IT documentation, including support guides, system processes, software licensing, internet services and mobility resources
  • Asist with hardware inventory and asset management by organizing equipment, preparing retired devices for responsible recycling and updating records in our asset management platform 
  • Support the rollout of a new hardware recycling initiative and help improve inventory organization
  • Contribute to IT onboarding improvements by collaborating with the HR team 
  • Learn about enterprise technologies including our Ubiquiti ecosystem (Network, Protect and Access) and the day to day operations of an in-house IT Team 

Requirements

About You:
  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, with plans to return to school following the Internship 
  • Comfortable using macOS, Windows, and IOS in everyday environments 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a collaborative environment 
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is considered an asset
  • Fluent in English and French is considered a strong asset
