Job description

Job Title: International Tax Manager

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office days a week)

Working Location: Indianapolis, IN

As the International Tax Manager, you will provide vital support to the Global tax team and our businesses in the delivery of day-to-day international tax activities and will be responsible for assigned Advisory, Compliance, Tax Controversy, Tax Accounting and Budgeting requirements. Reporting to the U.S. Director of Tax, this is an important position on the Global Tax Team which requires an experienced professional, who not only brings excellent technical credentials in the areas of federal and or/international tax compliance and transfer pricing, but also skills to be able to partner with our businesses as well as manage risks and tax controversies.

What you will be doing:
  • Advisory – supporting our businesses and other functions on international tax matters with a focus on simplicity and collaboration.
  • Compliance - managing/preparing U.S. federal international tax compliance and supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Tax Controversies - manage and support assigned audits.
  • Tax strategy – manage international tax projects to achieve the Group’s strategic objectives.
  • Accounting – calculate international tax for ASC 740 reporting.
  • Software Skills - proficiency in the use of OneSource or similar income tax preparation software, provision software, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
  • Collaboration – work with other members of the tax/finance team and outside advisers/contractors as required.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has an active Certified Public Accountant license with 5+ years of international tax experience, OR Master’s degree in Accounting and has an active CPA license with 3+ years of international tax experience, OR JD and has an active CPA license
