We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to become the communication hub of our growing company.
As our Customer Experience Coordinator/Inside Sales, your primary responsibility will be converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments. You'll answer incoming calls, respond to web inquiries, texts, emails, and social media leads, ask qualifying questions, and ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional experience from their very first interaction.
You'll also play a key role in managing our CRM by following up with open opportunities, reactivating past leads and previous customers, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Success in this role comes from excellent communication, strong organization, consistent follow-through, and a genuine desire to help people.
