Position Overview:The Director of Individual Giving will work with the Senior Director of Development and the Development Department to develop and implement key fundraising strategies for PAMM's major gifts program, annual fundraising events, and special projects and initiatives. The Director of Major Gifts manages the Senior Manager of Individual Giving and Membership and the Individual Giving Manager, Affiliate Groups.
