  • Interface with Green Rack project managers and customers to finalize schedule
  • Assign installations to crews
  • Ensure that crews have all resources needed from project management and warehouse teams to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • See that crew leads provide install estimates for every job in the pipeline, or provide that estimate in their absence
  • Maintain reports of labor costs per project
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about solar technology and/or willingness to learn quickly, with the ability to clearly explain the financial, technical, and environmental benefits of solar systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 5+ years of experience managing field teams, and 3+ of warehouse experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships with strangers and persevere through adversity.
  • Self-starter who can work independently after training, with the ability to learn technical products, manage multiple responsibilities across various business platforms, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

At Ipsun, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Opportunities for advancement
