Manager of Finance
 
Our client is seeking a Manager of Finance to lead the accounting and treasury functions while providing financial leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring the integrity of reporting, supporting regulatory requirements, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, effective leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Lead and develop the accounting and treasury teams, fostering accountability and continuous growth
  • Oversee financial operations, including close processes, reconciliations, treasury activities, and reporting
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
  • Establish and enhance accounting procedures, documentation standards, and operational workflows
  • Evaluate financial controls, identify areas of risk, and implement practical solutions
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring assumptions and reporting are well supported
  • Research and apply IFRS requirements while providing guidance on complex accounting matters
  • Oversee regulatory filings and coordinate internal and external audit requirements
  • Drive process improvements that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and financial oversight
  • Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational objectives
