Business Analysts are responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements that are clear, concise, and testable. Business Analysts define a set of requirements that translate into solutions and technology systems, and communicate these to the client and other stakeholders. Business Analysts work closely with end users, business unit representatives, Information System resources, and others, in all stages of the project lifecycle from beginning to end. Business Analysts work with management to identify potential improvement areas.
The Supplier Connectivity Analyst documents, tracks, analyzes, and reports out key performance indicators to help determine the health, integrity, and data flow of partner integrations and web services. The Supplier Connectivity Analyst works with management to identify potential improvement areas, defines requirements, and communicates solutions for integrated software systems. The Supplier Connectivity Analyst provides external support to our partners and internal support to business, technology, and other stakeholders across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring continuous system monitoring and optimization.

ROLE
  • Possesses product knowledge and process improvement skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively propose solutions.
  • Defines and communicates requirements, risks, and issues that may require action.
  • Identifies, builds, and manages stakeholder relationships (i.e., business partners, users, vendors, customers, project team members, and management leaders).
  • Assists the development team with the translation of business requirements into functional or non-functional specifications.
  • Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and analyze the performance of our vendors and systems.
  • Prepares materials in a clear, explicit, and presentable format to report out to stakeholders.
  • Develops individual and team business analysis plans, to manage activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Builds solutions/workflows to identify errors or exceptions with the vendor connection and coordinates with appropriate teams to correct the issue and prevent future occurrences.
  • Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
  • Works with business, vendors, and technology groups to coordinate testing and implementations.
  • Participates in planning sessions to outline implementation requirements prior to deployment.
  • Provides first-level support for problems and issues as it relates to vendor connections.
  • Conducts ad-hoc reporting and analysis that drive high-impact business results.
  • Identifies and recommends new vendor partners based on the needs of the business.
  • Works independently and manages multiple projects and workflows simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Assists with other assigned special projects.
    REQUIRED
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates the ability to research and problem-solve effectively.

Level 1 - $33.65 - $45.67
Level 2 - $90,000 - $120,000
Level 3 - $110,000 - $145,000
