Ready to be a key part of a fast-paced oilfield operations team?
We're looking for a RCD Operations Administrator to join our North Dakota team and provide essential administrative and operational support to our RCD operations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an oilfield environment. You'll play an important role in keeping inventory, billing, assets, shipping, receiving, and purchasing activities running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Manage inventory transactions and cycle counts to maintain accurate records
  • Support billing submittals and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Conduct and maintain asset counts and tracking
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
  • Schedule and coordinate trucking and transportation as needed
  • Process and track purchase order requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work closely with operations, field personnel, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the RCD operations team
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative duties as assigned

  • Previous administrative, operations, inventory, logistics, or oilfield experience preferred
