Job description

Job Purpose: As a Final Assembly and Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for the precise reassembly of firearms upon completion of all manufacturing or maintenance processes. This hands-on role supports our commitment to craftsmanship and reliability through the careful assembly of high-quality firearms. Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a dedication to excellence within a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Perform initial inspection of all finished components
• Performs final reassembly of firearms following completion of test-firing and finishing procedures, ensuring all components meet operational and safety standards
• Identifies and promptly reports issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to supervisory personnel
• Support department colleagues in completing assignments as needed
• Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operational demands
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience & Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities
• Skilled in disassembling and reassembling firearms and diagnosing mechanical issues
• Thorough understanding of fundamental firearm safety principles and practices
• Competent in basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement

• Competent in basic computer operations, including email and phone systems
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
