Job description

Multi-Location Dental Group | Columbus, Ohio Area

We are a growing multi-location dental group looking for an exceptional Integrator / Director of Operations to work directly alongside our Founder/CEO and leadership team.

Our Founder is a natural visionary — fast-moving, growth-oriented, and focused on where the organization is going.

We need someone who can turn that vision into execution.

Someone who can create structure in chaos, build systems, develop leaders, and create consistency across multiple locations while protecting the culture that makes our organization special.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Turn vision into consistent execution.

You will help:

  • Translate company vision into clear priorities, projects, and measurable outcomes
  • Build and implement our operational playbook
  • Create consistency in systems and processes across locations
  • Develop and hold leaders accountable
  • Establish KPIs, scorecards, and operating rhythms
  • Identify operational problems and solve them at the root
  • Improve communication between practices and leadership
  • Help integrate future locations into the organization
  • Create the structure necessary for the company to scale

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain existing systems.

We want someone who wants to build them.

Who We're Looking For

You are:

  • A strong leader and exceptional communicator
  • Highly organized and execution-focused
  • Able to create clarity from ambiguity
  • Comfortable holding people accountable
  • Collaborative, humble, and low ego
  • A systems thinker and problem solver
  • Comfortable working alongside a fast-moving visionary
  • Passionate about developing people and leaders
  • Able to balance high standards with genuine care for people
  • Someone who believes leadership is ultimately about service
What Success Looks Like

Over time, our practices should operate with:

Greater consistency. Better systems. Stronger leaders. Clear accountability. Less dependence on the Founder for day-to-day execution.

Most importantly, we want to scale without losing our culture.

Our Core Values — ETHOS

Energy First
Team Over Self
Higher Standards Always
Own It — Radical Transparency & Accountability
Serve With Integrity

If you love building organizations, developing people, solving problems, and creating structure in chaos, we'd love to meet you.
