Sound like you? We're in search of a talented Manager of MarTech to join our Marketing Department to play a critical role in advancing our marketing technology ecosystem and ensuring data integrity across the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Technology, this role combines technical expertise with strategic collaboration-acting as a bridge between Marketing, IT, and external partners. This position is based out of Addison/Farmers Branch, TX (across the street from the Galleria Mall) and would join a team to support 225+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across nationwide. The position is a hybrid full-time, Monday thru Friday, with Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office.

Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Quality Management

  • Lead data governance standards across marketing systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene, including deduplication, identity resolution, and system integrations within marketing systems.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Support marketing analytics initiatives (BI experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop BI dashboards.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Marketing Technology Project Support

  • Participate in the rollout of new marketing technology solutions through rigorous quality assurance testing.
  • Document test plans, identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure systems meet requirements prior to launch.
  • Support company initiatives, including documentation, training materials, and user enablement.
  • Support audience segmentation within CDP platform for ad hoc initiatives and campaigns

Platform Operations & Optimization

  • Oversee daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for key marketing platforms, including: Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing automation), Monday.com (project/workflow management/service tool), Amperity (customer data platform)
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and platform performance.

We're Looking for a candidate that has:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, analytics, or related technical marketing operations role.
  • Some experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Handson experience with MarTech systems such as email/SMS platforms, CDPs, workflow tools, or CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data governance principles, and system integrations.
  • Experience participating in or leading QA processes for technology rollouts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and projectmanagement skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, customer data pipelines, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling or advanced analytics practices.
  • Background in working within multilocation or franchise business models (if relevant).
  • Experience collaborating directly with IT, data engineering, or enterprise architecture teams.
