The Manager of Workforce Success serves as the organization's strategic leader for workforce stability, startup readiness, and employee retention. This role partners with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources to ensure facilities have the right people in the right roles at the right time while creating exceptional employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. This leader proactively identifies workforce risks, develops retention strategies, leads startup staffing initiatives, and manages employee transitions to maintain operational continuity and strengthen organizational performance.
  • Develop and execute organization-wide retention strategies that improve engagement and reduce regrettable turnover.
  • Partner with operational leaders to create targeted retention action plans.
  • Analyze turnover trends, exit feedback, and workforce data to identify root causes and emerging risks.
  • Facilitate employee engagement discussions and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Serve as the HR lead for new facility openings, new contracts, and other startup initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to forecast staffing needs and prioritize critical roles.
  • Create contingency staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage when hiring targets are not met before go-live.
  • Support the early employee experience following launch to improve retention, engagement, and operational stability.
  • Review resignations and status-change requests before final HR action processing to identify visible retention opportunities.
  • Evaluate requests involving PRN transitions, reduced hours, availability reductions, and leave of absence.
  • Forecast vacancies and future staffing needs in partnership with regional and facility leadership.
  • Analyze regrettable turnover and recommend action plans.
  • Guide leaders through retention decisions, startup staffing, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Ensure consistent communication and accountability across all workforce retention and transition initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for organizational growth initiatives, including new divisions, startups, and operational changes.

Position requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Ready and iCIMS platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.

Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
