Robert Half is seeking a Director, Production Applications & Technology Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico.


We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee a critical production application support organization responsible for maintaining highly visible, customer-facing systems and services. This role requires a leader who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to an established team while fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.


The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with a background in application support, infrastructure operations, or enterprise technology management. Success in this role will depend on the ability to lead through influence, build trust with existing teams, and drive meaningful change in a mission-critical environment.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team responsible for supporting and maintaining customer-facing production applications and related technology services.

Establish clear operational processes, performance expectations, and service delivery standards.

Drive incident management activities, including major incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous service improvement.

Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications that directly impact the customer experience.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize support initiatives and service enhancements.

Champion a customer-first mindset across technology operations and production support functions.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process optimization, and modern support practices.

Support DevOps, cloud, and operational transformation initiatives that improve reliability and accelerate service delivery.
