Summary:
As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our current and prospective residents by maintaining one to three properties to the highest standards. Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team, Support Services Hub, and Service Team, you will ensure smooth coordination across all aspects of our business. Your key areas of focus will be on financial management, maintaining the quality of our buildings, enhancing resident retention, effective risk, and crisis management, and safeguarding the reputation of each community. By fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our communities.

Compensation:
Hourly: Starting at $35.62. The full range is $35.62- $44.52 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual: Starting at $74,000 annually. The full range is $74,000 - $92,000 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Skills:
  • Model and instill the company's mission, vision, and values in all associates and fosters an environment that promotes success.
  • Supervise Resident Services position and Service Manager directly and Service Team indirectly.
  • Set short-term and long-term performance goals with direct report associates to achieve established benchmarks.
  • Conduct bi-weekly all associate operations and sales meetings to provide feedback and guidance on overall property and sales related performance goals and expectations.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure all direct report associates attend and complete onboarding, on-going, Fair Housing, and annual compliance training.
  • Develop and drives strategies to control expenditures, achieve budgeted revenue, and outperform sub-market peers.
  • Ensure all purchase decisions, vendor selections, and invoice processing are completed in adherence to the Procurement Policy by all members of the site.
  • Contribute to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing resident concerns.
  • Proactively maintains a high-quality living environment for the residents.
  • Oversee organization and execution of resident appreciation events and resident engagement activities.
  • Oversee the management of the resident renewal program achieving company resident retention goals.
  • Assist at other Windsor Communities as directed by Divisional Manager.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and minimum two years related experience and/or training in property management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
