  • YOUR ROLE

    As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for the full management of billing and accounts payable for our construction projects.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing, issuing, and following up on project billing

    • Managing accounts payable, including invoice verification and approval

    • Ensuring compliance of financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, change orders)

    • Liaising with project managers to resolve financial discrepancies

    • Performing account reconciliations and participating in monthly and periodic closings


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Hold a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualification

  • Have a minimum of two years of accounting experience

  • Have experience in the construction industry (an asset)
