What You'll Do Day-To-Day
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture deep relationships across customer organizations, ranging from technical plant staff to C-suite executives.
  • Master the Customer Landscape: Map out client decision-making processes, understanding their operational challenges to deliver tailored value-added solutions.
  • Drive Growth & Innovation: Champion Framatome's portfolio, identifying new opportunities and markets early to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate Value: Clearly articulate the business impact and ROI of our technologies to customers.
  • Shape Winning Strategies: Collaborate with Business Units to define pricing strategies, craft compelling offers, and build partnerships that secure long-term orders.
  • Lead Customer Engagement: Ensure high-level executive interaction through regular, in-person meetings (face-to-face) multiple times a year.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Maintain accurate customer and market intelligence within our SPEAK/CRM system to inform business development strategies.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience and demonstrated expansive network of connections in the nuclear industry is required.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling, account management, or business development within the nuclear or power generation industry.
  • Ability to gain unescorted access to nuclear power plants.
  • Strong technical acumen regarding plant operations, outage services, or I&C systems.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiation, strategy, and CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel to support regional accounts.

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $150,000-$212,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
