About the role: Homestead, FL 33035

We're looking for a Project Manager - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will manage and a lead a project from conception to close out and align with best industry performance. Additionally, understanding and previous types of organizations (such as PGD, Wind) to bring independent main perspectives to the nuclear organization.

You will manage the completion of projects that support nuclear goals. Employees in this role will lead projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: Homestead, FL 33035

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date

Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion

Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals

Lead and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance

Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years nuclear experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities: Manages high-impact nuclear engineering or construction projects, including

plant modifications on safety-related systems.

Experience in P-6, NEO and strong excel skills are desired.

Position will require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.
