This role supports theChicagoland North/Northwest Suburbs territory and requires candidates toresidewithin the assigned area and travel regularly to customer accounts. Clinical Specialists must be available to support urgent customer needs andparticipatein weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage as business needs require. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providetechnical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying knowledge gained through comprehensive CRM field training.

  • Coordinateoperational support by ensuringaccuratepatientdocumentation, managing inventory and equipment resources,maintainingprogrammer software, andassistingwith daily coveragelogisticsto meet customer and business needs.

  • Educatephysicians, hospital staff, office personnel, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions, while supporting the onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.

  • Collaboratewith sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the value of Medtronic CRM products and solutions.

  • Identifycustomer opportunities, support purchase order activities,monitorcompetitive trends, and provide actionable feedback to help achievesales objectives.

  • Maintaintechnicalexpertiseby staying current on new CRM products, therapies, solutions, and patient management offerings to effectively support customers and clinical outcomes.

  • Travelextensively within the assigned territory to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings, with frequent independent driving - approximate 80% of the time

  • Performphysical job requirements, including frequent two-handed lifting of up to40 lbs., sitting, standing, and walking for8+ hours per day, and regularly bending, stooping, squatting, andmaintainingbalance.

  • Workeffectively in clinical environments with exposure to eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation, while wearing7-9 lbs.of lead for extended periods,utilizingcomputers and mobile devices, andmaintainingthe vision capabilities necessary to support patient care and field-based responsibilities.

RequiredQualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years inCath lab,EP Lab, hospital/clinic with cardiology knowledge

  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry

  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

  • Ability to coordinate/participateinnumeroustasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
