We are seeking a mission-driven Veterinarian to join our high-volume, fast-paced clinic dedicated to making veterinary care accessible to all. This is not a typical general practice role. Our work centers on impact—serving underserved communities, reducing pet overpopulation, and improving animal welfare at scale. We are a nonprofit animal rescue and affordable veterinary clinic operating under a 501(c)(3) model. Our focus is simple but powerful: provide high-quality, low-cost veterinary services to as many animals as possible while supporting rescue efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Deliver compassionate care while maintaining productivity targets necessary for a high-volume model
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care within the context of accessible, budget-conscious medicine
  • Support rescue operations, including intake exams and medical treatment for rescued animals
