This position is contingent upon contract award.


Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused Intelligence SME to provide specialized technical, analytical, and instructional support to develop doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and deliver advanced tactical training across designated Navy Information Warfare mission areas.


The Intel SME maintains the Common Operating Picutre (COP), manages tactical data links, ensures C2 continuity in degraded environments, and provides tactical /technical guidance to commanders -- all supported by documented experience in C2 Centers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development, validation, standardization, and revision of no more than 5 concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP per year.
  • Ensure Information Warfare doctrine/TTP are in alignment with joint and naval strategies/concepts/doctrine
  • Provide environment, capabilities and mission analyses for advanced IW training events across all phases of the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response Plan
  • Support continuous assessment of Information Warfare training effectiveness and required operational capability readiness to address capability and capacity gaps, and provide recommendations for systems, training and process improvement
  • Identify/update/refine unit and staff level training requirements metrics for Information Warfare readiness assessments
  • Assist in review of individual and Fleet training to ensure synchronization with established policy, doctrine/TTPs
  • Provide Information Warfare advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels, supporting the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response Plan
  • Provide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training support to the Fleet and to ensure synchronization with established doctrine/TTPs
  • As directed, provide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time support to the Fleet
  • Prepare briefings, white papers and other documents as required


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of twelve (12) years in a Fleet/Navy Intelligence mission area with a strong preference for those who have worked directly in the domain within the last five (5) years.
  • Experience producing finished products (assessments, reports, briefings).
  • Knowledge of CWC doctrine, tactical data links (LINK 16/22, CEC), COP/GCCS-M, communications architecture, JADC2, Maritime Operations Center (MOC) processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain COP, operate tactical data links, troubleshoot C2 systems, integrate C2 into operational planning, and manage communications continuity.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain Intelligence continuity in degraded environments, synthesize multi-source data, evaluate interoperability, and advise on Intelligence posture.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical content and translate it into clear, sequenced tasks aligned to performance objectives.
  • Ability to evaluate individual and unit performance objectively, provide constructive feedback, and identify remediation requirements.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with experience supporting technical, operational, and leadership audiences

Desired Qualifications

  • Operational experience in a joint environment integrating IW capabilities with joint forces
  • Operational experience supporting deployed, contingency, or combatant command (CCMD) intelligence requirements
  • Familiarity with Red Team methodologies, adversary emulation, and OPFOR doctrine

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in STEM, Space, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, Operations Management, International Relations, Global Security, or National Security Studies

Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance
