The Senior Manager of National Accounts - Medical is responsible for developing, leading, and executing Face Reality's national accounts strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand enterprise partnerships, and deepen long-term strategic relationships. This role owns the performance of key national and multi-location partners, including MSOs, large medspa groups, dermatology platforms, educational institutions, and other high-impact strategic accounts.
This role requires a strategic, consultative leader with deep experience in professional skincare, aesthetics, or adjacently aligned B2B categories. The Senior Manager of National Accounts - Medical will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Customer Service and Operations, to ensure national agreements translate into execution, engagement, and measurable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
National Accounts Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national accounts strategy aligned with Face Reality's growth priorities and brand values
  • Identify, target, and secure new national partnerships across professional skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, and education channels
  • Drive expansion within existing national accounts through portfolio adoption, program utilization, and multi-location rollout strategies
  • Lead annual and quarterly account planning, including growth forecasts, and execution milestones

Strategic Account Leadership
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key national partners, building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Lead contract negotiations including pricing structures, terms, rebates, compliance requirements, and value-added programs
  • Ensure national contracts are effectively operationalized and executed at the regional and local level
  • Deliver executive business reviews highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities

Revenue & Financial Management
  • Own revenue, margin, and profitability targets for national accounts
  • Partner with Finance to manage forecasting, budgeting, and trade or program investments
  • Monitor performance against goals, proactively identifying risks and corrective actions
  • Evaluate ROI on national initiatives, pilots, and partnership programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align national accounts with brand strategy, launches, promotions, and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate with Education and Acne Expert Success to ensure training, onboarding, and engagement support long-term retention and performance
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain to support forecasting, inventory needs, and scalable execution
  • Provide market and partner insights to inform product development, programs, and future innovations

Leadership & Development
  • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans
  • Foster a consultative, data-driven, and customer-centric sales culture
  • Serve as a mentor and strategic leader across the broader sales organization
  • Supervise Associate National Account Manager

Market & Industry Expertise
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the professional skincare and aesthetics landscape, including competitive dynamics, emerging channels, and industry trends
  • Represent Face Reality at key industry events, trade shows, and national partner meetings
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Face Reality's leadership position

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 10- 12 years of progressive sales or account leadership experience
  • Proven success managing national or enterprise-level accounts within skincare, aesthetics, beauty, dermatology, or professional B2B environments
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex national agreements
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, P&L ownership, and ROI analysis
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Preferred
  • Experience within professional skincare or education-led brands
  • Experience working with MSOs, PE-backed platforms, or multi-location partners
  • Esthetician license or professional skincare background a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary: $145k - $165 base plus commission and full benefits package *Please note this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
