Job description

Major League Baseball is looking for an Assistant Clubhouse Manager in the Arizona Fall League to supervise dugout and field staff, direct clubhouse security and equipment logistics, launder team apparel, and manage daily clubhouse operations.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day of game batboys in each dugout and ballboys/ballgirls pregame and in-game responsibilities, plus the general cleaning of the visitor's clubhouse by the batboys after each home game
  • Supervise and direct contracted private security detail within the home and visitors clubhouse areas per the plans developed by the Head Clubhouse Manager
  • Supervise the secure handling and transport by Team Operations Supervisors of home and visitors equipment
  • Wash all team uniforms and workout apparel on a daily basis for all team members, plus hang all uniforms in lockers
  • Clean the home clubhouse daily to maintain a professional appearance for all coaches and players
  • Provide isotonic drinks and water for both clubhouses and dugouts on home games, plus normal dugout bench supplies
