• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on clients' individual challenges, preferences, and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and adapt treatment methodologies as necessary throughout the counseling process.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in alignment with organizational policies and state regulations, utilizing our streamlined billing and administrative support services.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients, creating a warm and engaging environment during therapy sessions.
• Coordinate referrals to additional mental health professionals and community resources as needed to further enhance clients' treatment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of counseling, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Miracle Pathways Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes, foster coping strategies, and support their journey toward recovery.

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Competitive candidates will possess strong communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• A commitment to professional ethics and a willingness to refer clients to other healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Experience in outpatient counseling settings is preferred, ideally with a focus on diverse populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling frameworks.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
