Miracle Touch Physical Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to enhance our outpatient team in Puyallup, Washington. As part of our outpatient clinic, you will experience a structured yet dynamic work atmosphere where teamwork and collaboration are at the forefront. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our clinic is designed for optimal patient care and efficient workflow. • Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations to assess patient conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Administer direct physical therapy interventions, utilizing modalities and exercises specifically suited to each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Document all clinical progress accurately, including patient responses to treatment, and adjust care plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Provide patient education on self-management strategies to sustain progress outside clinic visits.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives that align with clinic goals and enhance patient experiences.

Your primary focus will be on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will tailor your therapeutic approach based on each patient’s specific circumstances, goals, and needs, ensuring every individual receives high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering patient-focused care in an outpatient setting.

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Prior familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary care team, contributing to collaborative patient management.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
