  • Manage assigned procurement program trackers, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and alignment with production and program schedules.
  • Support RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier outreach, quote tracking, bid comparisons, pricing analysis, and part/commodity assignments.
  • Monitor open purchase orders, supplier delivery commitments, expedite critical materials, and proactively address potential shortages or delays.
  • Review and track Procurement Review Board actions to ensure procurement objectives and program needs are met.
  • Analyze supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance.

  • Identify procurement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting visibility, supplier performance, and internal customer support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules, customer deliverables, and program milestones.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier files, purchase records, and reporting.

Essential Skills
  • Strong procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading Buyers, Expeditors, Purchasing Coordinators, or Supply Chain team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams, suppliers, leadership, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify material risks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, purchase order accuracy, and supplier follow-up.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production, Program Management, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
