We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Dining Operations Coordinator to join our team and support daily operations within a fast-paced corporate dining environment. In this mid-level role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence by managing day-to-day food service delivery, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will play a key part in monitoring third-party performance against service level agreements, keeping a keen eye on financial tracking, and elevating the overall customer experience across our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day corporate dining operations, catering activities, and overall service delivery.
- Coordinate continuously with third-party suppliers, contractors, and hospitality service partners.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance against SLAs, operational service standards, and key performance indicators.
- Assist with invoice review and approval, cost tracking, basic budget monitoring, and vendor reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate operational reports, service logs, performance scorecards, and administrative records.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, internal team members, and stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
- Support rapid issue resolution and ensure timely follow-up on any service or operational concerns.
- Help enforce strict compliance with food service regulations, safety guidelines, and company standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the dining management team as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, specifically within corporate dining, food service, catering, or similar operations.
- Proven experience in supporting or managing third-party suppliers and understanding service level agreements (SLAs) and KPI tracking.
- Strong financial acumen with exposure to invoice processing, cost tracking, basic budget monitoring, or vendor reconciliation.
- Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office, and comfort using basic reporting and data tools.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Work Location: Flexible within corporate sites located in Rahway, NJ; West Point, PA; or Upper Gwynedd, PA.
