What You'll Do
  • Greet members with warmth and genuine interest-every interaction matters.
  • Handle a variety of financial transactions with precision and care.
  • Listen closely to uncover member needs and connect them with the right teammates.
  • Educate members on Summit's products and services to help them manage money more effectively.
  • Keep branch operations running smoothly with attention to detail and timeliness.
What You Bring
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
