Construction Waste Sales Representative

$40,000 - $45,000 + Commission and Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do
  • Sell roll-off waste and recycling removal services across the Rapid City market
  • Prospect, build relationships, and uncover new opportunities (approximately 70% field-based)
  • Serve as the primary contact for an existing portfolio of customers
  • Prepare bids, maintain sales activity reporting, and manage pipeline growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, associations, and trade shows
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Participate in strategic planning and account management initiatives (approximately 30% office-based)
