Job description

Role Overview

Entegra Procurement Services is a fast-growing and dynamic division of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $36 billion in spend for food, services and supplies, and serves more than 120,000 purchasing sites throughout the United States alone. Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries includingseniors, healthcare, education, government, faith based, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services. 

We are currently searching for a Sales Development Representative. This role blends inbound Sales Development with Sales Operations support to help drive pipeline growth while maintaining strong data integrity and operational excellence. The position is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, supporting the creation of discovery meetings, and upholding high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.

Working closely with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, this role ensures consistent lead flow, reliable Salesforce data, and smooth, efficient sales execution.

This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,

Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.

Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).

Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN).

What You'll Do

Sales Development Responsibilities (50%)  

  • Manage inbound lead dashboard and process warm leads 
  • Handle Contact Us form submissions and appropriate routing 

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings 

  • Partner with Field Sales to nurture qualified opportunities 

  • Maintain Salesforce records related to inbound activity 

Sales Operations Responsibilities (50%) 

  • Perform regular Salesforce lead and opportunity hygiene 

  • Support Salesforce opportunity stage validation and clean-up 

  • Perform regular data entry in Salesforce to ensure accurate records. 

  • Process data enrichment requests 

  • Submit account management updates to Finance as needed

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including managing inbound lead workflows
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and general CRM data management
  • Ability to effectively balance sales activities with operational responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
