WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles across a full range of systems - engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond - using Toyota diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans - communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to Toyota factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately - documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
• Stay current on Toyota technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
• Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership - required
• Toyota brand experience preferred - experienced technicians from Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, domestic brands, or other import backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong diagnostic foundation - able to work through multi-system problems accurately and efficiently
• Toyota Techstream or equivalent diagnostic platform experience preferred
• ASE certifications a strong plus - Toyota factory certifications highly valued
• Low comeback rate and a quality standard that doesn't require managing
• Physically capable of performing the demands of the role throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
