Pay Rate: $35โ€“$45 per Flagged Hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Production Bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Starting Guarantee: 40 Hours/Week for First 2 Months

If you're an experienced A-Level Technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and major repairs, Neil Huffman Mazda Volkswagen has the workflow to keep you productive.

You'll earn $35โ€“$45 per flagged hour plus production bonuses, get paid weekly, and receive a 40-hour weekly guarantee during your first two months while you get established.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and engine performance concerns
  • Complete engine and major mechanical repairs
  • Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs
  • Complete vehicle inspections and repair recommendations
  • Mentor less experienced technicians as needed
  • Complete quality repairs to manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair skills
  • Experience with engine and major mechanical repairs
  • Ability to produce efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Own basic technician tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Mazda or Volkswagen Certifications preferred
  • Dealership experience preferred
