Your Mission as a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator is to Earn Customers for Life - you'll assist in boosting our Used Car inventory by identifying acquisition and upgrade opportunities for customers who come through our Service Drive. You'll guide customers through every step of the exchange process, upholding our golden standard of customer service.

NO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will train the right candidate!

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Must be comfortable with making outbound phone calls.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to Improve Constantly and exceed goals.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Most of all, a team player mindset with the passion and drive to Have Fun!

What You'll Do

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to in-store and online vehicle exchange inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner
  • Use store software to appraise vehicles and negotiate price with customer, collaborating with Sales Team and Used Car Manager to facilitate exchange process
  • Own customer communication and follow-up by scheduling appointments and making outbound phone calls
  • Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate
