• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing varied evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions that align with clients' needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring client safety and comprehensive safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain timely and precise documentation following ethical and legal standards while adhering to organizational policies.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to educate and empower clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
