• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, coordinated care for our clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning for clients exhibiting acute distress, ensuring a supportive response to immediate needs.
• Document all assessments, therapeutic interventions, and treatment outcomes meticulously and in a timely manner to uphold ethical standards.

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in family counseling, trauma-informed care, or other specialized therapeutic modalities will be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also beneficial.

Good Samaritan Marriage Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
