Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business strategy to translate approved business cases into executable campaign plans; shape creative briefs, align stakeholders, secure approvals, and drive delivery across platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with business strategy managers to manage campaigns from concept development through launch and post-launch support across email, digital, online ads/landing pages, video, and collateral.
  • Execute campaigns using established campaign structures, workflows, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant delivery.
  • Coordinate across multifunctional partners-including internal design teams and Centers of Excellence-to develop assets and meet production timelines.
  • Lead the content approval process with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Risk; proactively manage risks, edits, and version control to keep work moving.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines; take work from intake through implementation.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and negotiation skills; able to earn trust with internal and external partners.
  • Positive, adaptable team player comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Financial services and/or agency experience preferred; traffic management/coordinator experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing, and results measurement.
