Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Duties:

  • Responsible for driving actionable insights from marketing data and working cross-functionally to enhance ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the development and implementation of measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with marketing, product, sales, and finance teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Own marketing data infrastructure, including attribution models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization to influence strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate marketing technology and tools for data collection, automation, and reporting improvements.
  • Hybrid work permitted 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Newark, Delaware.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role where required experience was gained. Also requires experience in the following:

  • One year of experience in marketing Analytics;
  • One year of experience in a managerial or lead role;
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel;
  • SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker;
  • Marketing platforms such as CRM, email, social media, and web and marketing automation tools such as Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics; and
  • Statistical techniques such as time-series forecasting and marketing attribution models.

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study and one (1) year of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role where required experience was gained. Also requires experience in the above stated skills.
