Job Description

Essential Job Functions
  • Owns and manages strategic customer relationships within assigned automotive, industrial, or heavy truck accounts to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Develops and executes account plans that align customer business objectives with company capabilities across exterior, interior, and structural/functional plastic applications.
  • Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new applications, platforms, programs, and geographic expansions.
  • Leads customer-facing sales activities, including presentations, business reviews, negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements.
  • Oversees quote preparation, review, explanation, and commercial justification using detailed knowledge of internal costs, tooling, and pricing strategy.
  • Acts as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal engineering, production, and program teams.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of all customer orders, quotes, and commercial requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, engineering, or manufacturing within automotive, industrial, or heavy truck markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Supervisory or people management experience preferred.
