Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise and support all marketing events, promotions, special functions and tournaments as well as all casino marketing activities and programs from implementation to completion
  • Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and coverage of Promotions Assistants for all on-site and off-site events and promotions
  • Provide promotional/event support to marketing staff when necessary, keeping flexible hours based on business needs in both properties
  • Assist in hosting of parties to include but not limited to monthly birthday parties, drawings, holiday parties, premium parties, etc.
  • Proof all direct mail monthly loyalty mailers for accuracy
  • Manage all marketing events and data uploads in various marketing systems (i.e., MGT, IGT Patron)
  • Create and manage all required event coupons in marketing systems to achieve a seamless reward system for players
  • Facilitate placement of all casino signage/marketing communication for both inside and outside of the property, including digital signage
  • Manage marketing inventory and monthly reporting
  • Resolve any problems or perceived internal/external guest inconveniences

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and Equivalent Work Experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer technology and marketing systems
  • Public speaking/microphone voice
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Marketing systems including Player Tracking Systems
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License/registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
